ADS8517: 数据引脚高位丢失

采用并行接口数据转换，发现8位接口中的高2位丢失，组成16位后，就表现为第15、16，7、8位始终为0，而其他位正常变化。换了一个芯片，发现第7、15位0、1跳动，第8、16位还是0。又换了一片也一样。相同的操作，也有正常16位全有的。

芯片我从2个地方买的都有这个问题，所以怀疑是哪里设计问题导致不稳定，不知道是什么操作可能导致这种高位缺失的问题。
