AVDD=5V，DVDD=3.3V，IOVDD=5V，基准采用内部基准，在Rbias=37K,AD_CLK=200KHz条件下，转换后得到的电压与实际的输入电压存在100多mV的偏差，请问Rbias设置何值比较合适？AD_CLK采用多大的值？以改善这个误差。
