请问如果ADS1294的AVDD和AVSS PIN19、20、21、22、32管脚不小心未连接电源，只接了电容，上电后是否损坏了ADS1294?现在读取配置寄存器正常，只是读出数据乱码
功能肯定是不正常的, 但应该不会损坏. 正常连接后应该能正常工作.
正确连接后，使能内部方波测试信号，读取AD信号不正常，是否可判定损坏了呢？附件为读AD绘图
