Should I power VAA, VDD and VIO first, or VCC and VSS first? Or there is no sequencing requirement for the power supplies?
p.s.: I supply +5V for VAA, VDD and VIO, +12V for VCC, and -12V for VSS.
There is no sequencing requirement for the power supplies.
If I first supply +12V to VCC and -12V to VSS first, and then after a period of time supply +5V to VAA, VDD and VIO, will the chip be damaged?
