是否可以理解为当12bitADC配置为差分模式的时候,此时MSB位为符号位,记录的为补码格式,所以有效数字位只有11位
配置成单端时,12bit的LSB可以达到vref/4096,此时MSB位为第13位吗,还是说此时无符号位
如果供电电压为3.3V(作为ADC参考电压),单端和差分模式下CC2541和CC2640的最小检测信号能达到多少?是不是根据ENOB来测试,精度可以达到12位吗?
