请问 在正负电源的系统中， ADS1258 的底部热焊盘到底该连接到那个脚？ 29脚数字地？32脚模拟地？ 还是5脚 参考地？？接错了，或者没有接悬空有什么影响呢？

悬空的话不能够更好的散热，不能保证最佳性能，通常双电源供电，散热焊盘接在负压上，单电源供电的话散热焊盘接地。
