（1）因为法规要求，需要给ADS1293的各导联输入口加上10V有效值的共模50hz工频电压，而ADs1293内置最大输入为VCC，也就是3.3V，如何才能接入10V有效值的共模电压？
（2)心电各导联的参考地是什么？如果接浮地的设备也应该有一个参考的吧

CMVR Common-Mode Voltage Range TMIN ≤ TA ≤ TMAX 0.5 ~ VDD – 0.5 V
不允许加上10V有效值的共模50hz工频电压
