这个电压等级, 除了高压硅堆这里二极管类的器件, 很难找半导体器件了.
你找一下真空开关管 ，就有这么高的电压的。比如型号 ZKTJ-160/6KV
不知道是应用于什么应用中的，建议从顶层方案着手，考虑其他的替代方案。
