和其他型号的ADC不同，网上下载的器件手册上没有看到DNL,INL两个指标。
哪里能够获得最新的手册？
最新的手册, 也只要官网最权威.
你也可以看看技术文档标签下的其它应用手册, 或许能找到你关心的参数.

最新的手册也没有INL和DNL这两个值。
