在使用ADS1274时，使用了半个小时 异常发热，怀疑是否烧坏 请问用TEST[0 1]能否检测，在测试时需要注意什么问题？
TEST【0:1】是测试管脚，
是将一些Normal Mode下的输入管脚转变成输出，这样在MCU端可以从这些管脚检测是否正常。
对是否烧坏，在Normal Mode下就可以从输出判断。
请将原理图贴上来，可以帮助分析。
异常发热，可以从几个方面考虑：
1、电源供电 是否超出
2、输入Input管脚是否有超出范围电压输入，参考管脚电压
3、MCU侧数字接口逻辑电平是否匹配
