DLPLCRC410EVM: The device cannot be connected to the computer via USB

I downloaded the driver according to the steps on the instruction manual, but the dmd still cannot connect to the computer. As soon as the USB is plugged into the computer, Discovery 4100 Explorer freezes directly. Yesterday, I successfully connected it once, but it has been in the previously mentioned state ever since. The D2 on the evaluation board is constantly lit in red, and D1 and D17 are constantly lit in green.I would be extremely grateful if someone could help me solve my problem!
