NIR系列产品DMD的微镜反射面是什么材质的？

现在要做一个红外光谱方面的项目，有个疑问，TI的DMD芯片涂层都是什么材质的？是否有镀金表面的DMD？

从资料上看，DMD NIR产品近红外光谱最长可以到2500nm，我们是一家光学产品公司，想尝试用DMD反射波长大于2500nm的光谱，所以要了解微镜反射面的材质及参数，请提供一些这方面的资料。
