请给我一个输入16-40V，输出1：5V0.3A，输出2：5V0.2A（隔离绕组）的电路。我安照设计的计算电压总是不受控。空载时电压高，有1/2负载时电压降低。另外，电路中的电感变压器推荐一下。谢谢！
