参考pad1000的文档，没有写明读写寄存器需要的spi命令。
在DLPC2607文档中写到可以通过i2c与dlpc2607通信间接读取pad1000寄存器值。
所以问题是能否不通过2607直接读取pad1000的值，作为模块测试时使用
不可以。只能通过2607来读取。
