DLPC910: The VC707 + DLPC910 + DLP6500EVM is not working properly, and the DMD cannot display.

I followed the DLPC910 documentation and programmed the bit file to the VC707. The power was applied in the correct sequence. The status feedback from the host computer appears normal, and the indicator light on the DLPC910 seems to be functioning properly (D1 is flashing). However, the DMD display is not updating and remains in its initial state.


Here is the interface of the host computer. Did I miss something? 

Does the LED3 being off on the VC707 indicate a system initialization failure?
