I am writing to seek technical assistance regarding a DLPDLCR3010EVM-G2 projector.During use, I have encountered several significant issues that are impacting its performance.
The primary problems are as follows:
Overheating: The device generates excessive heat shortly after being powered on and during standard operation.
Severe Frame Rate Drop: When connecting the projector to an output device via an HDMI cable to duplicate the screen, the output frame rate drops drastically, resulting in a very laggy display.
I have already ruled out the output device as the source of the problem. When I connect the same output device to other monitors or display equipment using the same settings, the frame rate is perfectly normal and stable. The issue only occurs when the DLPDLCR3010EVM-G2 is connected.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve these issues? Specifically, I would like to know if these symptoms indicate a hardware defect or if there are specific firmware updates/configurations I should apply.
