我想请问一下,对于这一款DMD,为什么默认的都是光线以24°入射,然后从DMD法线出射,如果让光线正入射,反射光线从12°出射会对图像产生什么影响,目前以实验结果来看,正方形变成了平行四边形,为什么会出现这种现象,谢谢!

我看过许多光路,我发现,一般都是让光线以24°入射,最后从DMD的镜面法向出射,我们实验是开了一个正方形的镜子区域,用探测器得到的是一个正方形的区域。
但是,如果我们让光线正入射到DMD上,当DMD工作的时候,实际上是从12°接收光线,但是此时DMD上的正方形区域编程了平行四边形,即产生了畸变,我想问问究竟是由于什么原因造成的,根据您发的文档,是否只有远心光路才能满足不产生畸变的条件,我们的实验使用普通的透镜聚焦在DMD上,具体请见示意图,期待您的回答,谢谢!

The configuration between the DMD and CCD will be what is called Scheimpflug.
From the diagram, the outbound dashed line from the DMD will be at 24° from the inbound dashed line (DMD normal). In order to make sure that the image of the DMD surface is sharp across the entire CCD surface, the reimaging lens and the CCD must follow the Scheimpflug configuration.

You need to be aware that this will make the image sharp (i.e. in the focal plane) on the CCD surface, but will change the geometry of the image (keystone). If it needs to be changed it will then need to be done in post image processing.
