Hello TI support and DLP experts,
The device worked perfectly before. When I turned it on today, I found all the images I had previously loaded into the software were missing. When I tried to re-flash projection images, the error message shown in the title popped up.
Core Issues:
- Pop-up error: ERROR! EVM DMD Device ID does not match GUI product ID!
- I can NO LONGER flash or upload custom images to the EVM.
- The EVM only supports using the built-in/preloaded projector images now.
Could you please help me fix the Device ID mismatch and restore the custom image flashing function?
