DLP NIRSCAN仪器问题，点击scan后会出现提示框scan failed

连接好DLP仪器后，打开软件，scan Reference Select选择new，然后点击scan，但是会提示错误信息框：scan Failed。如下图，

这是什么原因啊？坞灯不会亮，软件的版本没错，之前可以用，但是放了一段时间之后，就出现这种问题了，这么解决啊？
