采用Discovery 4100 Explorer软件对Discovery 4100开发板进行操作时，Discovery 4100无法被识别，电脑是windows10系统。请问怎样处理？

是的，下载的就是这个版本，安装完也重启电脑了，但就是不识别。
首先检查电脑硬件设备，看能否识别usb设备，如果不能正确识别，的更新cypress eeprom配置。
你刚开始购买的时候是基于windows xp的吧？现在升级到win 7?
