这里的AOI，指的是光线的发散角度吗？还是指的是与dmd芯片的角度？还是与微镜所成的入射角呢？
这个参数是DMD表面玻璃的，用光学自动检测的方法测试玻璃的透射率。这只是玻璃的参数，与DMD里面的micormirror无关。
那是与玻璃的法线夹角呢？还是玻璃的水平面的夹角呢？
