大家好，请教一个DRV8873驱动有刷电机的问题，测试CPL和CPH管脚电压波形时，波形上有很多毛刺，毛刺的幅值有大概20V左右，请问这是什么原因，可以确定不是探头的问题，因为同样的条件下测试其它管脚没毛刺，谢谢！
