Hi Ti teams,

In our case, we use Ti project tool to build flash coed.

And the filename extension is .img.

Due to we only can update flash code w/ .bin filename extension.

Do you have other solution?

Welcome to TI E2E China DLP forum.
May I ask wihch DLP platform are you using. Usually, we can not change the file extension and .img is also a standard file. It will be great if you can change a program tool.

Hi Kevin,

We use Composer tool.

If Ti tool just can build .IMG, can we just use some webtool to transfer file from .img to .bin?

Hi Mike,

I am sorry, but I am not sure if you can transfer the .img file to .bin directly. You can test on your side, but I would suggest to use the original file.
