需求：在图片显示在DMD上的同一时刻，产生一个同步信号以协同DMD与其他设备之间的工作。
问题：该同步信号应该与哪个信号同步？RST_ACTIVE的上升沿？RST_ACTIVE持续4.5us的下降沿？还是4.5us+8us(setting time)?
