Using DLPC3479 and DLPA3005 design, after power up, INTZ (pin58) of DLPA3005 appears high for about 70ms and then pulls down. RESETZ level is normal.
After power on, test DLPA3005 level: input 12.3V, PWR1=1.1V, PWR2=1.809, Pwr4=3.28V, voltage on pin7 is at 5.41V, voltage on pin91 is at 2.45V, voltage on pin92 is at 4.98V.
Check the DLPA3005 register 0x0D, only BAT_LOW_SHUT, TS_SHUT is valid, the oscilloscope test 12.3V, no undervoltage found, DLPA3005 chip also did not heat up.

使用DLPC3479和DLPA3005设计，上电后，DLPA3005的INTZ（pin58）出现约70ms高电平（黄色），之后拉低。resetz（蓝色）电平正常。
上电后，测试DLPA3005电平：输入12.3V，PWR1=1.1V，PWR2=1.809，Pwr4=3.28V，pin7上电压5.41V，pin91上电压2.45V，pin92上电压4.98V。
查看DLPA3005的寄存器0x0D，只有BAT_LOW_SHUT、TS_SHUT有效，示波器测试12.3V，没有发现欠压，DLPA3005芯片也没有发热。
现在找不到问题所在，希望能得到技术支持，谢谢！
