固件烧录进去后，开机画面或者内部测试图会一直闪并且在在黑白颠倒，比如第一张显示棋盘格，第二张会将棋盘格中黑白颠倒去显示。Spread Spectrum Enable 设置为 高和设置为低时，闪烁的频率不一样；
