使用EVM工具，将模式切换至External Video后，可以直接读取 Current Sequence Frame Rate 。但是我在实际测试中发现，Frame Rate会有变化，有时是121hz，有时117hz，有时63hz。请问这个帧率可以由外部控制吗？或者可以通过某些参数使其固定吗？
完全由前端决定，你可以稳定一下前端的帧率看看
