想利用DLP进行3D打印的实验,但是不知道该选用哪家的UV固化树脂,有没有推荐的?
TI的参考设计采用DLP Lightcrafter4500的EVM,DLP4500支持的波长为420~700nm,因此选用了近可见光的420nm的固化树脂,选用的材料供应商在参考设计里面有提及,请参考:http://www.ti.com.cn/tool/cn/tida-00293。
如采用UV DMD,固化树脂的选择要取决于光机的设计和光源的选择,目前常用的UV波长为365/385/395/405nm。
UV DMD 和DLP Lightcrafter4500有什么不一样吗?

我想请问一下目前除了DLP7000UV和DL9500UV外还有没有其他用于紫外波段的数字微镜?工作波长在365nm附近的应该用哪块数字微镜?该数字微镜能承受多大的功率密度?

根据我们的了解,目前紫外波段的DMD只有DLP7000UV和DL9500UV,支持的平台是D4100。
DLP7000UV和DL9500UV承受的功率不一样,DL7000UV的要大点。
目前也有用400nm-700nm可见光波段DMD来做3D打印。
