DLP471TP: What is the Maximum Refresh Rate of DLP471TP if We Just Send 1 Bit Data to One Pixel?

Part Number: DLP471TP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLP4710, DLPC3479, DLP4710LC, DLPC3439

Hello,

We are considering to use DLP471TP for Structured Illumination. We chose it because its micromirror pitch is 5.4um, quite small. We need to send the patterned image data to DLP471 to refresh at high speed. Hopefully, the refresh frequency is no less than 1KHz, which means we send new data to DLP471 every mS (millisecond).

We saw in the datasheet that DLP471 supports 4K UHD at 60 Hz, and 1080p up to 240 Hz, this is much lower than we need. Our question is: can DLP471 refresh at a speed higher than 1KHz if we just send 1 bit data/pixel to it? This means the data sent to each pixel is either 1 or 0, not as complicated as HD or 4K, and the communication bandwidth is reduced to a minimum.

This is quite different from its normal work mode, but if it can, then it will help us solve a difficult issue.

If it can't, can you recommend some other models of DMD devices which can meet these 2 requirements: 1: micromirror pitch < 0.6um; 2: refresh rate higher than 1KHz?

Thanks a lot!
