The product manual shows that it can be used in the range of 420nm-700nm, but look at chapter 7-11, the pass rate above 400nm reaches 90%, so can the product use 405nm band light?

Regarding your query, the min of wavelength is 420 nm, 405 nm is not 100% pass rate.
We do not suggest you use DLP4500 on your application.
