请教下，DLP9500 DMD芯片在焊接的时候，（因为是FLN封装，类似BGA，但是没球）。是直接焊接到电路板上还是需要制球？搞焊接的师傅说如果直接焊的话，无法检测是否有管脚虚焊。还有如果是回流焊的话，这个芯片能承受多少的高温？焊接的时候还有什么需要注意的地方？
