我向问下，关于DMD芯片直接焊接到PCB板上可以吗，焊接的过程会对DMD芯片有影响吗？看见其他投影机都是有一个小的卡座，芯片是压在卡座上的，现在做的项目，设计成直接焊接了，焊接的时候不会对损坏DMD芯片吧？
通常来说DMD是不能直接焊接在PCB板上的，一般由连接器来连接DMD和PCB板。不同型号的DMD对应不同的连接器。请参考DMD的规格书以及对应的连接器型号：http://www.ti.com.cn/lsds/ti_zh/dlp/video-and-data-display/products.page
都是卡座，没有直接焊接上去的先例，而且，焊接时候的高温极有可能对DMD微镜产生损坏
