我们购买的DLP9500芯片，控制模组是我们自己开发的；在我们的客户端使用的时候，他们用30HZ，脉宽200us的激光器照了一下，出现了如图所示的现象，开机的时候，屏幕会出现条纹，请问芯片是否损坏？
目前发现芯片底座的soket也是损坏的，不排除客户自行拆卸过，能否从此处判断芯片损坏原因？
