API下单报错 errorCode": "ERR-TICOM-ORDER-API-PRO-0503 已经持续了2周了，这是什么原因呢？

用API 下单 失败，返回的错误代码是：

有些物料的库存信息不是公开的所以会返回库存为0的报错。
不是这个样子的，目前用API下单 任何物料 都是同样的错误提示，在API测试页面order/test 下单正常 但是正式接口order返回503错误。已经持续了2周的时间

我查了你今天下的料是LM2594M-ADJ/NOPB,需求数量为3940，但是库存只有940，超出库存了。
