客户正在配合TI做Q4 MAXOUT，但是客户无法调整CRD，紧急，请协助客户查明原因提供API解决方法。谢谢。

This customer Gigacomputing soldto 183723 is cooperating with TI in Q4 maxout and they're committed to pull in CRD for some order lines. However, they're unable to adjust the CRD. Details and related documents from customer have been attached. Here's customer's contact. Please help find out why and provide a solution to fix the issues for customer. It's urgent.

Hi Frank,

TXT 077 is INFO not error, the CRD change should be work if only INFO returned in API response. I noticed there are other error message with mismatch price and no change allowed within COW, that might be reason why CRD won't able to change. Please let me know if any other questions, thanks.
