DS90UB948-Q1: The DS90UB43A and DS90Ux948 can't be linked

Hi Ti team:

 We used DS90UB943A to transmit DP signals to DS90Ux948, completing the conversion from DP signals to LVDS signals, and then connected the screen terminal. During the debugging process, it was found that DS90UB43A and DS90Ux948 could not establish a connection. The abnormal picture is as follows:

We want to know from which aspect to Debug this problem.

The schematic diagram of our hardware is as shown in the following picture. Please help check it

We have also conducted some hardware-related checks and have not found any problems yet

    Are the customer programming and running the initialization script? Please share the initialization script.

    Is this loss of lock and link occurring during runtime or during startup? Does it occur continuously?

    Please refer to Pictures 1 and 2 for the currently running initialization scripts

    This loss and link is occurred during the startup and it is continuous

    In terms of hardware design, 948 only use the port0 as the channel for data transmission

    Are there any other more convenient channels for communication? For example, email?

    Hello,

    Could you please share the initialization script with the UserConfig and generated file. That would make it easier for us to check all the setting and configurations, including how it is set with FPD3 mode. The generated file would also show whether PatGen is enabled, and VP display timings set up.

    Was this tested with PatGen? With PatGen, without DP input and link training, the 943A will send generated video to the 948. Please check whether there is link and LOCK with patgen enabled.

    It would be best to share information here on E2E since it can be seen by other team members if needed.
