Hello, I would like to inquire about the DP83TD510E. I am currently operating it in back-to-back mode without MCU control. How can I achieve synchronization between the two clocks? The product I designed requires isolation, so communication between two DP83TD510 requires the use of isolation chips. I have two options here, and I hope you can help me see which one is more suitable. The first solution is to use a 50M active crystal oscillator to provide clock for "A", and then use the crystal oscillator signal to provide clock for "B" through an isolation chip. The disadvantage of this method is that the isolation chip will delay by 10ns. Does it affect the communication between the two sides? The second option: "A" and "B" each use an independent 50M active crystal oscillator. The disadvantage of this option is that it is uncertain whether the two crystal oscillators can synchronize themselves. Could you please help me analyze which solution is more suitable for me? Or is there any other better solution?Thank you very much for your reply
