Could someone help me check the circuit diagram of the DP83640 shown in the following file? Currently, it is connected to the MCU (STM32H750) using the RMII interface. After successful auto-negotiation, I still cannot ping the computer. Then, the CLK_OUT (pin 24) started outputting 25 MHz. After modifying the 15th bit of the register (PTP_COC), it outputs 50 MHz, but I still cannot ping the computer. Could you please help me take a look?H750_ctc.pdf
