DS90UB960-Q1: DS90UB960-Q1, CSI output timing adjustment

hi, 

regarding my application, we have some requirement to FPD Link RX‘s CSI output timing, as below.

CSI_THS_PREP + CSI_THS_ZERO > 176ns

I find the following registers can be adjusted to tune output timing, but there is no more explanation about the register value how relate with the CSI timing. may you please 

1. the recommend registers value.
2. the value relationship with CSI timing.
