TI工程师，我想问一下用SN74LVTH162245这款芯片能实现5转3.3，以及3.3转5V功能吗？
这是一款3.3V 供电总线收发器件，不能实现电平转换，但是由于5V TTL和3.3V 门限电平一样，所以5V TTL输入输出没问题。
你应该指的是5V CMOS，这样的话，这款器件不适合。
如果需要16bit 5V和3.3V电平转换，可以考虑SN74LVC16T245
