when DP83TC812 works on RGMII mode,how to set RX_CLK(pin27) output 25MHZ clk automatically and continuously,after POR finished.
SOC need to detect RX_CLK,if there is no output singal,SOC will report 'DMA engine initialization failed'error.

My test phenomenon are not same as above.In my test，only when the MDI link-up(there is an another master device in the BUS,our DP83TC812 work as a slave),RX_CLK will output automatically(show in figure1).
If there is no link-up,RX_CLK will not output 25M clk signal(show in figure2).
And figure3 is my DP83TC812 strap setting.
