BAUOUT没输出不能证明芯片就坏了，你输入参考时钟没问题吧？使用的crystal还是其他有源晶振，多大频率输入？
使用的无源晶振Crystal 14.7456M，电源是3.3V。寄存器有的能写进去，有的写不进去，DLL能写进去，读出来，DLH一直是0x00，急需得到帮助
