基于AM335x，TLK110百兆网口通信，目前网口已经调通，但是功耗翻了两倍（图纸基本上是按照am335x ice开发板进行设计的）。

相比于ice开发板，功耗翻倍
ICE开发板每个PHY功耗：24V*0.01A
现有设计每个PHY功耗：24V*0.02A ~ 24V*0.03A
