设计中MCU通过I2C指令让PCA9555输出IO1拉高，从指令开始到IO拉高时间需要多久呢？（IIC速率是400K）
输入到输出芯片内部时间需要很久吗？还是说整个时间主要是IIC传输时间影响更大？
