您好！~ 拟设计高低电平检测电路，51单片机上电高电平5V，外部输入电平（高3.3V 低0V ），请问如何设计才能防止电流倒灌且能正常检测，贵公司有合适的芯片推荐吗。
加个逻辑芯片，在上电时，先把它给disable，等MCU启动后，再通过MCU去enable它，才正常输入给MCU
用一个BJT PNP试试看
