there are My design circuit / recommends circuit of datasheet / waveform testing (test points: PCA9306 PIN3/PIN6/PIN8; net: IIC_EN).
The IIC_EN signal is pulled high 5 ms ahead of I²C communication. PIN6 receives a valid clock input signal, yet no output is observed on PIN3.
Power rails and soldering quality have already been inspected, and no abnormalities were found.
Does the PCA9306DCTR have timing requirements？
Could you help analyze the possible root causes?
