有多块使用了DP83848的板卡，DP83848部分原理图相同，其中有一块板卡在测试时发现网络灯不亮，网络无法通信。单步调试时发现，在硬件复位之后，link灯亮，执行软件复位后link灯灭，之后link就一直不亮，无法通信。需要TI的支持，感谢。
相同设计的板卡都是这个现象吗？
还有link灯不亮的话，有没有与没有问题的板子，对比测下各个管脚的电平？
这个类型的板卡有三块，三块都是一样的现象。其他的类型板卡正常。
为什么要测引脚？
