时钟合成器的总抖动不应该是由参考时钟源和合成芯片共同决定的么？
CDCM62008这款时钟合成器带jitter cleaner功能，换句话说，对干净输入时钟进行合成，对jitter比较大的参考时钟，进行合成和去抖动。
