底层驱动已经写好，读写正常，备用的3.0V供电也有。现在出现的问题是偶尔掉电上电，读取到的RTC时间为掉电的时间，需要再读一次才是目前的真实时间，所以来请教下是不是少配置了什么寄存器。
掉电上电，读到的是初始值还是上一次配置的的值？
数据手册上说当Vcc 低于VBACK 或VREF时，有些寄存器会恢复到默认值
