逻辑器件的input transition time参数是指输入信号的最大上升时间吗?如果是，那么输入比这个大的上升信号，输出不会跟着变化对吗？

你指的input transition应该是输入信号从低电平到高电平变化或者高电平到低电平变化的时间，∆t/∆v的这个量。
